How To Use This Site

If you wish to place an order on our site, please follow the steps below:

1). Add to your choosen product(s) to your cart by click the 'Add To Cart' button. Ordering- Step 1
2). When you have finished adding products, hover over where it says Cart at the top righthand side of the page and a box will appear with a summary of what you have in your cart. Click checkout to start the order process. Ordering - Step 2
3). You will then be asked to input your details, such as Name, Address and Telephone Number. You will also be able to specify an alternative delivery address, but delivery to this address will be subject to our Delivery Terms. At this point in the order, you will be asked if you have a coupon code that you wish to redeem.
4). Please then check that all your details and the details of what you are ordering are correct. You can then click Place Order to be transferred to SagePay's servers to complete your payment in a secure environment.
5). Once payment is complete you will be sent 2 emails. One from our site confirming your order details and 1 from SagePay confirming your payment. When your order has been dispatched, the order status in your account will change and you will be emailed a tracking number for the consignment
